What customers say
“David was great and professional, and solved both my computer and printer problems.”
“I was honestly skeptical going in, but David proved me wrong. He diagnosed the problem fast, fixed everything properly, and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. Everything was explained clearly and the pricing was fair for the results. Easily one of the best tech service experiences I've had.”
“I was in need of help and they delivered! Brian showed up the same day and found the issue right away. He was knowledgeable and helped me with a solution.”
Before you book.
How much does it cost?+
Standard rate is $150/hour, with a 1-hour minimum. The first hour usually covers diagnosis and most common fixes. A $25 travel fee may apply for locations more than 20 miles from the nearest service area.
Do you come to my home or business?+
Yes — that's the whole point. Most jobs are done on-site, the same day when possible. We bring tools, parts for common repairs, and we work around your schedule.
Can you fix it remotely instead?+
For software-only issues we can usually connect remotely with your permission — saves you the travel fee and gets you back up faster. Anything physical (hardware, networking, smart-home install) needs us on-site.
What kinds of devices do you work on?+
Windows PCs, Macs, laptops, smartphones, tablets, printers, routers and home networking, smart-home devices, and home theater. If it has a power button, ask us.
How fast can you get to me?+
Same-day service is usually possible. Booking online is the fastest path. Urgent jobs (data loss, ransomware, business outage) — call instead so we can dispatch immediately.
Can you recover lost data?+
Often, yes — photos, documents, drives that won't boot. We attempt recovery and tell you upfront if it looks unlikely.
Do you set up smart-home devices?+
Yes — cameras, doorbells, speakers, thermostats, locks, hubs, automation routines. We get it talking, walk you through the apps, and leave it set up the way you actually want to use it.
Do you handle small business IT?+
Workstation setup, networks, backup strategy, vendor coordination — yes. We're not a managed-service contract; we're real help when you need it, hourly billed.
